Cierra Cierra Brooke BrookeBrooke Vincent was born on June 22, 1992, in Manchester. When she was just seven she made the decision to be an actor as she became bored of swimming and dancing lessons which is why she joined Laine Management. She made her first TV appearance as Casey Glass on the League of Gentleman. She was asked to audition in March of 2004 for the role as Sophie Webster at Coronation Street following Emma Woodward left the soap. Brooke was chosen for the role, and she made her first appearance on May 12 in 2004. Brooke has graduated from Fairfield High School for Girls in 2004, and went on to college in Manchester where she studied drama. Brooke had a second job at a hairdresser on Saturdays and in addition to playing her Coronation Street role. In an interview in 2009 with This Morning, Brooke said that she enjoyed her weekend work, however she was not permitted to answer the phones because her voice is not common!
